Hi, I’m Jennifer Cook, and I own NK. I’ve had 3 careers and owning NK is by far the most fun. I have two great kids, a terrific husband and two dogs. Carol and Vincenza also work here. They're really great — smart, creative and fun. We laugh a lot during the day. And Avery has joined us part time! She's in high school and is very funky, creative and super nice. Please stop by for a visit! NK is an upstairs store, in a great Victorian building in downtown Katonah, New York. Our downstairs neighbor is the wonderful florist, Michael George (www.mgflowers.com). Katonah is one hour north of New York City and is a very special village. The people who shop in NK are smart, sophisticated, but still small-town nice. Because I love this area so much, NK supports 3 local charities (see Helping Hands.) I buy what I like—what makes me smile. My favorite thing is hearing people laugh in my store.
